Everything looks really great. Very impressive. :D I just hope you remember to recycle those plastic deli cups and the unsoiled paper. ;)

Im not sure how many oz's the ramekins are, i use 3 different sizes. I'll check the size of the cups on the package and get back to you. Now if only I could find bigger cups that will fit in the bigger ramekins.
