I Finally Got Him!

the reason i feed outside was cause i always herd if the snake never eats in his home then he will never accidently think its feeding time..yes the mouse left slightly a bulge in his stomach, nothing major but i could tell he had just ate.

Sounds like a perfect sized meal. I feed over 100 boas in their enclosure, trust me...it doesn't matter ;) . They will not confuse you anymore than if you feed them outside their home.

awsome agian thank you...if i do feed him in his enclosure should i worry about him eating he substrate? i am using cocunut husk

If you are using any kind of substrate just be careful and watch him. The first and last time my boa accidentially ate the substrate when feeding i immediately switched over too paper towels.(I also had to did the substrate out of his mouth).But i personally dont prefer it.

Congrats on your snake can't wait to see pics... And don't worry im sure he'll be fine give him a few days to settle into his new home:)
