    do you get no power what so ever? Also, if it ran fine in normal weather and won't now and now it also happens to be wet or rainy outside, it could be a cracked distributor. Finally, I would check you fuses, see if anythings blown out, as well as use a test light and/or multimeter to check for shorts.

    If you here a click-buzz when you move the key forward, it is probably something with the starting system, of which a battery, alternator, or starter could be at fault. Also, check the terminals of your battery, for corrosion and contact issues, I have cars not start over this.
