Worst blind date you ever had

I was set up by my cousin one time. That was my mistake. I really should've known better! My cousin used to be into some illegal substance so it makes sense that his friends would be also, right? Well I didn't really think about that much at the time.

So the deal was, it was gonna be a double date with my cuz and his gf. And my date was paying for all of it. We were going to go to dinner and a movie. So we get to his place (about an hour away) and sat there for awhile while the three of them satisfied their cravings. When we finally got to the restaurant, it was made pretty clear that we were supposed to order cheap. In a not very cheap restaurant. I would have preferred going to a cheaper place and ordering what I wanted but I think he was trying to show off or something?

So after dinner, instead of going to a movie, we went back to his place to watch one of his. He chose Van Wilder. So I stared blankly at the screen while the other three took more illegal substances. Fun!

Then after the movie was over, they went online to buy prescription medications that they did not need. Being a pharmacy tech, this did not impress me. Not that he seemed to care anyways! He was busy with other things so.... yeah... fun night!

maybe if I had joined in on their illegal activities I could've forgotten it! I'm sure they have by now!

Well my cousin is clean now (mostly) and single. Doing better for himself than he was back then. And my date now has two kids with his ex. He had opened a pawn shop in my town that he closed 2 months later... He must've figured since he needs to pawn things for drug money there must be others.... apparently not enough! He actually came in the pharmacy about a year ago wanting syringes for 'B12' injections. Right. I can't believe I let that one go!

It sounds like you're just talking about pot at first, which is pathetic on a date, but really no big deal as long as your local government isn't too insane.
It gets creepy with the fraudulent prescriptions at the end. This is how one tries to impress a date?

Never been on a blind date... In fact.... I can't really remember any dates LOL.
