    Windows media

    Adobe Flash:

    Sorry for the frustration

If it times out and reads error the tech support team told me the solution is to update your computer to either the newest adobe flash or Windows Media.

They said this is the newest technology on the net and it requires the most updated adobe flash or windows media to run it properly. You can still run it with an older program but it’ll time out and kick you off.

They said here soon their going to put some pop ups windows showing people how to update their computers.

As far as I know just click the links above and follow the instruction and you’ll be fine. Doesn’t cost anything to update either

    Sorry again

    If it helps -

Copy the URL from either the "click to open in new window" or "click to listen" link or if you get the notice via email it's the link that will take you to the program.

Then in Windows media player go to: File, Open URL, then paste it and it will open the program.

You can do the same in Itunes except its: Advanced, Open Stream, paste it.

Just go to the Reptile Radio homepage come showtime. Once the show starts an orange icon will appear that reads click to listen. Just click and your ready.

If it kicks you off while listening then click the link that reads click here to open in a seperate window. If it still kicks you off then you'll need to update your pc.

No worries though if you have trouble listening live you can always go back after the show aires (15-45mins after) and download the Mp3 file.

    Hope this helps

    Don't forget to call-in!!!!
