Re: For the mothers of the group.
if your dr does a blood test it's way more accurate than a home pregnancy test.
i have three kids... all three pregnancies were different. dealing with morning sickness is a blessing as it means you have a strong pregnancy (way less chance of miscarriage with heavy morning sickness)... so consider it a gift. :puke:
i hope you ARE what you hope to be... whether that's just late, or carrying a new life!
Re: For the mothers of the group.
with my first i had no morning sickness, i just "knew" in fact i was so sure i was we did the in office blood test and the levels were so low they were hesitant to give me a "pregnancy" positive. i had to go back a few days later and retest..
with my second i also had that feeling, i just knew i was. did a HPT and it was positive. i was nauseated but never actually threw up, just kinda felt like poo.. whether you are or you arent good luck and i hope you get the result you want :gj:

Nice message Aleesha! :)
Re: For the mothers of the group.
Ladies, thank you so much. You guys haven't the slightest clue how encouraging your words have been.
My best friend in the world moved out of state about 6 months ago, so I can't lean on her physically. Though I've told her I think I might be pregnant, she's been supportive, but not her physically has been rough.
My fiance is tickled pink at the idea of children.
And I am just trying not to stress out to much. :)
Again, thank you guys so much!

I really don't have anything to add.......but i would like to say that i have a crush on pregnant women....not the nasty, weird, stare at you at shoprite crush, but i do find pregnant women attractive!

LOL it is that "glow" that us women have when we are pregnant!! ;)
My husband said I couldn't have looked better then also (even when I just felt huge and sick!! LOL).
Reptilian, I am so glad that your fiance is excited over the possibility!! Honestly I loved being pregnant. Though I did have really bad "morning sickness" basically 24/7 the first half of both pregnancies and found it hard most nights to fall asleep, just knowing that there was a little person there was ultimately exciting. And then going to checkups and hearing the little heart beat and seeing the ultrasound pics. I absolutely love being a mom, I absolutely love my family.
I too was not married when we found out about our first. I was then 22. We didn't get married until I was about 6 months pregnant. We have been married now for 5 years, have been together for almost 8. I will admit that sometimes it is rough, I am still trying to finish school, while working and taking care of the kids at the same time, but things happen for a reason and if I could go back I wouldn't change anything. I couldn't be happier!!
Re: For the mothers of the group.
ya but let's not forget what happens after the pregnancy...

Re: For the mothers of the group.
Well I had an appt. today with the doc. and the results came in. It was negative. So it wasn't ment to be. Not yet at least. At least now my fiance and I don't need to rush things. The wedding, etc.
Once again thank you guys for all your help and support.
Re: For the mothers of the group.
it'll happen... when it's the right time.... not nec the right time for you... but the right time for your babe!
