OHmigosh!! Reptile Radio!!!

Judy you'll do fine! You've got a natural grace and friendliness that will shine through. It's a funny human thing that no one ever likes the sound of our own voice, so don't fret on that, everyone feels that way.

I like Robin's idea to share a bit about how this site has grown over the years and how it's stayed true to it's original aims while dealing with some pretty impressive growth in membership.

Great job on being asked to represent Bp.Net - I will be listening from good old Ireland!!

One topic you could address relates to something that one of the other interviewees mentioned on a recent show (can't remember who it was) - they said that of all the reptile and BP sites/forums they visit/contribute to that BP.Net is the worst for politics/fighting/flaming etc

I have been a member for a while, dont do a lot of posting but value the info/support that the site offers. Yeah sometimes threads do take a turn for the worse but with as many people and personalities that post here that is likley to happen from time to time.

Go on - dispel the perception that this isn't a friendly and welcoming forum!!

One observation that I think Dave B touched on was that there are all kinds of people that are involved in this wonderful hobby. Age, race, financial status, LOCATION! :O We've got members from just about everywhere you can think of... I'm sure this is all stuff you've got noted :rolleyes: LOL

I've listened to all the shows, and I don't recall any interviewee saying that about bp.net. I do remember that being said about KS though.

That's interesting, Tony. I hadn't heard that comment about our site on Reptile Radio. And while I can't change the perception of a few individuals who have their minds made up about the site regardless of anything that goes on here...I'll do my best to represent it as it really is.
