Congratulations and very best wishes to you and your wife on the birth of a lovely daughter. May she bring you both untold years of joy and love. She's truly a blessing!
Doh! Haha I'll get right on that
yes ashley it is an amazing feeling, and thanks
Thanks Jen and Deb and everyone else for all of the kind words! I'll be sure to take pictures when she holds her first snake, although it will be a litle bit.

Congrats! What a cutie :aww:
Re: New little Herper! (DU warning)
J.R., I remember my ex-husband sitting with our first baby, a daughter, when she was all of about a month old. I could hear him muttering something and listened in. He was saying something to the effect of "no guy is going to come sniffing around you when you're 14!!!" I fell over laughing! Here she's all of a month old and he's already fretting about her teen years and nasty boys with evil intentions LMAO!
Welcome to the world of fathering a girl child. Buckle in for the ride!

Haha Ashley and I were talking about what gun I was going to need to get to scare the boys off, and we've also talked about other things I would do to keep them away, and she's only 4 days old.
