My funniest boa story was big Rauri. Mike had her out in his arms while I was tidying her enclosure. I'm whipping around fast, changing bedding, freshening her water, etc. and my long ponytail kept flying by her face. I'll never know if it just irritated her or if the brush of my hair triggered something but all of a sudden I literally felt the rush of air on the back of my neck and the loudest SNAP sound behind me (along with Mike's suprised cursing LOL). I do have to say I froze and got goosebumps immediately. That's a big mouth full of teeth LOL.

She wasn't trying to hurt me and never laid a tooth on me though. Mike and I had a good laugh about Rauri and my ponytail. Of course the same snake had to be persuaded that our kid's big fluffy bear slippers weren't bunnies to "cuddle" either. Silly big snake. Oh and her farting....now that...was HILARIOUS!

I remember that story! That's a good one.

Oh yeah, and talking about snake farts? You can't beat a big blood python butt for a nasty fart.
