Here is a picture of the crystal male that I also got from Tom. The pastel crystal is a female that is going to be bred with the bumblebee.
I hope to breed the crystal male this season with a few different morphs. The crystal project that I am working on is a joint venture with a friend of mine. Brent Burns who is a defenseman, #8 for the Minnesota Wild NHL team is my partner on this project. As for cost, well let's just say " a lot" LOL. I believe the genetics have not been totally worked out on these animals as to the best of my knowledge they have not been bred back yet.

Tom does not have a website.
Re: The Crystal Ball Python
I personally love the Crystals and think they are one of the hottest combos in the Ball Python world right now! (Yellow Belly Super Stripe being another one)... I certainly would like to have the dollars to get one :)

Bristen.
Re: The Crystal Ball Python
Bruce, are you planning on having those on display at the midwest symposium in Des Moines? I'm sorry I haven't had a chance to see them yet in person. They are one of my favorites.

Re: The Crystal Ball Python
The Crystals do look a bit better in person. They have a nice pale yellow wash over them, think 60's Mustang or Corvette yellow.
By the way, do you all know the "story" behind the male Mojave of Tom's, that produced the Crystal?
Dave
Re: The Crystal Ball Python
Well I know what Tom told me when I got the crystals from him, but he has posted most of the info previously. It's still in the early stages of trying to figure out what is going on with this morph. But I have another piece of the puzzle. I also have the mojave "sire" to the crystals.

Re: The Crystal Ball Python
I don't think it is the Mojave that is the important piece...
It is the female.
But only time will tell.
Re: The Crystal Ball Python
The male Mojave "story" is really not about the Crystal at all. There was supposedly an "incident" involving the male Mojave as a Hatchling, almost being eaten by its sibling(s).
