    heh.. I've been in my first house for almost 6 years and i still dont have a livingroom set.. I have a futon as a couch and a hand me down rocking chair in there. Owning a house is great and terrible all in one.

    Soon Ninja! I actually don't have a grill yet. I left my last one in Florida when I moved back up north. When I tried to grill on the sidewalks in the UC, the homeless people thought it was a fire to warm their hands over. I can't have homeless people hands near my food.

    I think by the beginning of November we can git r done. I need one of those outdoor fireplaces. Like this:
