    Sounds like your transposing the day and month. Remember it's an American program and they go month/day/year. Canada and the UK usually go day/month/year if I remember correctly.

    i dont think so as i simply enter the data it asks for, there is no other way of entering it!
    p.s. May automatically appears and not " 05 "
    heres a record entry screen shot of what it pops up with:

    Are you physically typing in the date? If so you why and you don't need to...that little down arrow next to the date spot when clicked brings up a calendar that you simply click the date you want and it enters it correctly for you. Also, when you first start the program (each day) you set the date....so there is no need to change it once inside the program.
