The cage I set him up in has a heat light at one end, two half flower pots and a couple branches for him to romp around on. He's doing fine, eating, gaining weight, etc. These guys are durable as all get out. When I had him delivered to my college, his box was marked perishable. The shipping/recieving guys thought he was some fruit or something, so they put him in a fridge for FOUR HOURS  Somehow he turned out absolutely fine.

My 91g albino BP was shipped to me in 30 degree weather with no heat pack. He was lithargic to say the least, as I thought he was dead. Needless to say I freaked out on the breeder, but I put him under my shirt on my lap and he slowly came to. When he crawled out I put him in the heated container I had ready for him at my work. I was terrified that the breeder had severely injured or killed him, but he ate for me that night, and has been a voracious eater ever since. And he didn't get RI, either. I emailed the breeder as soon as I opened the box and saw that he was freezing. His reponse was, "I wouldn't worry too much. Their tough snakes that can handle extreme conditions.

Yeaaaaah, I did basically the same and my guy hasn't shown any signs of RI (oozing from mucus membranes/rasping clicking sounds while breathing right?). I'm sorry your breeder was a sonuva, Will from ectotherms fell over himself apologizing, even though it wasn't really anyone's fault.

Michael/Ben, both holding a great poker hand Royal Flushes.

    Dark Siders X Light Siders = :rolleye2: :rolleye2: LOL :P.

I wouldn't want to be you making decisions now based on what has been presented by these guys. They're all the highest quality examples for that type.

    Good X's,

I decided on getting 3 because I just got a raise at work and my car insurance went down so i'll have a little extra money floating around which OBVIOUSLY goes to this addiction. Although I did decide that my first Capret is going to be the jungle, then an IJ, then the Coastal. as far as the jungle goes im buying from andrew hare (is that his name?) and then for the IJ and Coastal i'll probably buy from someone on the forum if you guys still have anything available
