i have no idea what a mint julip is... but i'm guessing it's supposed to be yummy? remember i'm from canada... we don't julip our mints here!

Yea, no idea either here...but apparently she was hoarding them...so they must be good. :D

Oh yeah, it's very yummy. It's kinda like a mojito, only made with (GOOD) bourbon instead of rum, and served in a frosty glass.

Ok, for a Mojito, crush some fresh mint leaves, sugar, and half a lime in a glass. Add club soda and Bacardi, mix and serve with a sprig of mint garnish. Can also be made with flavored rums....awesome drink!

Pretty much the same for a Mint Julep...you have to start with a mint syrup, though. You make that by boiling sugar and water together, add some bruised mint leaves, and refrigerate over night. To make the julep, you get a frosted glass, fill with crushed ice (I always go with Sonic ice), then use about 1 1/2 tsps of the syrup with each ounce of (GOOD!) bourbon. Garnish with mint leaf :D

Oh God I LOVE mojitos, it's the only booze that gives you fresh breath! :D
