What data do you keep track of?

Does anyone have a scan of their feeding card. I would like to have one to write on than transfer the information to a conputer program like excel. Todd

I know proexotics has one on there website.

Thanks I got some ideas of that one. I just want to cover a year on one sheet. Mainly sheds and feeding. I appreciate the hint. Todd
