To make avatars I use this free program. It's very easy just remember to set the parameters at 120 x 150 pixels as that's the limit for avatars on BPNet.

Very easy, just browse the pic you want made into an avatar, resize it, save it where you want (I just drop it on to my desktop file for avatars), then upload it through the BPNet system and bingo...you've got yourself a nice custom avatar. :)

Thanks Joanna...I am going to give it a try and see what I can come up with. :D

    Yeppers...Thanks to you :D

Now the history for my first one - I got started breeding Balls in 2005 after meeting Kevin (NERD) at a show. He took the time to answer a bunch of newbie questions. I was really impressed with his passion and the wonderful morphs he was showing.

So long story short I have wanted another Tattoo for awhile but wanted something that represented my interest in snakes (Balls since 2005 / snakes since 1978) so after reading "The Complete Ball Python" I could think of no better way to Thank him and showcase my favorite morph.

I change mine from time to time to fit whatever "phase" my life is in at the moment. And try to find or create a signature-quote that fits as well. And when things are mostly smooth sailing...I choose a pic of my lovely Kisasa and a quote that I hope will help someone. :D

I love that avatar of your Kisasa, Judy. Always makes me think she's saying "hey does this hide make my butt look big?" :D

Well, my tastes are VERY eclectic, but any avatar I have will usually be an animal or fantasy shot of some type. My current choice is based mostly on my site name. It's the name of a character I play in my partner's homemade D&D world who happens to be half Silver Dragon :D

I like goats a lot; we raised dairy goats growing up and Saanens are my favorite breed. And they have a reputation for being stubborn, which I am a bit. :-) I tend not to change my avatars...once I find one that I "clicks" with me, I keep it.
