    Re: unexpected
When I had a clutch unexpectedly my first year of breeding, I didn't have my Natures Spirit incubator purchased yet so I decided to maternally incubate. My temps stayed pretty steady at around 87 and the humidity was up there the entire time. Of course, here in Orlando, humidity is never a problem it seems. :)

Moma was good and stayed on the eggs the whole time. Never moved to eat. I had her on cypress mulch at the time. The babies started pipping on day 65 and were completely out by day 68. So it seems from my one unplanned attempt at maternal incubation, that the babies were much slower coming out then when I incubate them - I average around 56 days in the incubator.

Good luck with her and keep us up to date.
