We had people coming in our barn looking for tools.

I don;t know if anyone would have left alive, if they were doing that here lol!! ;)
We have security cameras by the house. But not out in the danged pasture! Looks like we'll have to get more, sigh...

I should explain myself. At first, when I took the pics of the person and they were close to the house, I did not have my glasses on, or my gun in hand. When I went out and the person was bookin' it for the woods (and I had the gun) I did have my glasses on :) Unfortunately that didn't help with such a long view; I will post pics in a sec.

But Ed (FF) you are pretty right-in regarding autos.. lol. Actually, semi-auto.

I think it's a woman, because it's wearing the big-butt high waisted mom jeans.

Jen, I'd definitely go over and introduce yourself. Give her/it the ol' "I'm watching you!" You can never be too careful. I definitely know of some people down the road whose one horse was stolen :( Although maybe not safe, I'm glad you gave chase. Make her/it think twice about coming back :) But I'm just crazy like that.

All kidding aside, I would go to the neighbor's house and welcome them. Then I'd just work into the conversation "Hey, was that you in the pasture the other day?" and go from there. :)
