G'day guys, firstly hello from Australia, thanks for a great site, this pic has been doing the rounds in the herp comunity for some time now, the snake species and indeed the prey are a hotly debated topic, i think you will find that it is a species known as the Pilbara python, (Liasis olivaceus barroni) its a type of olive python that grows really large, obviously. The prey i cant be exact on but it is most certainly a type of kangaroo.
