i was thinking the same thing with the heart and syringe going into with the words PURE ADRENALINE on it but the whole syringe thing makes it look like i do crazy drugs. lol thanks for all the ideas everyone

What if you pinned down and being injected against your will by an angry clown on fire?

Adrenaline is a tough concept to visualize, in and of itself. What kind of stuff makes you feel like pure adrenaline? Tattoos are awesome for personal expression, whatever you choose to use I suggest should be specific to you. :)
