Here is a pic of the new tank I snapped just before my camera died.

Would two cresties do well in that tank? I'll have to cover the two doors with a stronger wire so that my cats can't get into it. The top is made of really tough wire, so I'm not concerned as far as that goes.

I also happen to have tons of vine. A friend from work sold me the 30g for the leos and threw in a bunch of vine. I know that cresties like to climb, so as far as that goes, I'm set.

a pair of females would be perfect. you don't want to house males together though because they are territorial and usually fight.

Yes, I read about that. That seems to be the general rule for most geckos.

I just now saw this thread and the cage your buying isn't appropriate for a cham. Any glass tank isn't good for a cham. They see their reflection and think its another chameleon and get very stressed from this.

Yea, I've seen the chameleon cages that were made of net/wire. I can't have one of those since I have cats. Maybe when I have my own house and I can have an official reptile room(s).

Well I dragged my grandmother over to the computer and showed her those pictures you posted up, mlededee. I asked her if she thought they were cute and she said they were and I told her I wanted some cresties instead of a chameleon. She just sighed, shook her head and said, "Ok, as long as you take care of them"

    Yay! :D
