this bill needs to be shot down

I sent all the emails a few days ago when Justin posted about it. I wish I had known a lot sooner, I would have gladly organized a group to lobby against it. To be honest though, it would have just been for fun, I don't think this bill has a chance of passing.

Lets propose a bill to ban golfing, we'll see how many of those representatives that it upsets! We have the right to our hobbies just as they have the right to theirs...
