    Or even better yet build your rack so you boxes hang below the shelf above and have 1/8" gap to slide over the tape and use double sided carpet tape to hold down the flexwatt. Looks much cleaner also.

    I know I may be a bit late in here, but here is a DIY page that I put on my website that details the building of a hatchlig rack with melamine and Flexwatt down the back. Hope it helps.

    We've been looking into building a melamine type rack (for what a year now *sigh*)...anyways....after checking with our local building supply stores ours here will only custom cut on orders over $50.00 and only on certain days so it is best to phone ahead.
