shelby, what is he eating now...? hopefully it will eat for you soon and good luck with it... Is it aggressive or pretty friendly?

recycl. goddess, which artwork are you referring to? I'm working on getting the photography section up and running but it just takes so much time to get it all done... well thank you to whichever one's you're talking about...

Well, the guy I bought him from told me he'd eat f/t rats left in the cage. I've tried this twice to no avail.

As far as condas go he's fairly laid back. I haven't had him out for handling much though since I don't want to stress him out. He did bite the guy at the show before I bought him though lol..

that's alright, fairly laid back is a good start... :) the best thing about mine is how friendly he is, he hasn't shown one single sign on aggression since I got him, I can just reach in and pet him, pick him up, whatever... and he's even friendly to deal with after he eats, its' crazy that a green annie could be this nice...

i never go into the cage without tapping with a hook , even with my most mellow retics... to a snake laying in wait, your body heat is like a big neon sign that says "eat me".

well, I don't just reach right at his face... I let him know I'm there before I just grab him, sorry, should have clarified that better, thank you...

I understand completely... I've had the misfortuned of getting nailed a couple times by bigger snakes and I don't really want that to happen again... especially with the anaconda... so thanks, people need to realize no matter how "tame" or friendly they are they can have their days and the day you just reach in to grab it could be that bad day...
