Dion is a superstar. You can't go wrong ordering directly from him. His turnaround time and customer service after the purchase is killer!

I've ordered directly from Dion at Spyder Robotics...really fast.

There was a thread some time ago when someone ordered from him and posted all the tracking information...they got the tstat in less than 36 hours or something crazy like that.

Now lets get back to our regularly scheduled programming. Yes its a repeat and an episode that continues to get a ton of play. Matt and his continued poor customer service. However, don't look to find him answering any threads here. He hasnt been to this site in a while. I know I like the look of that gold Reptile Basics banner at the top of this site much better anyway!:carrot:

I too, unfortunately, had a bad experience with Matt a while back. It's sad because at the time, he was the best out there and people recomended him left and right. I wonder that if he just got too many orders to keep up! Who knows, but I won't be ordering from him again either :(

That is what he said happens. But he only talks of getting some help and as far as I know has never done anything.

Just have to chime in, I ordered both snakes and equipment from Matt at different times. Three orders total.
All of it went smoothly, all of it was shipped well, and in a timely manner. Matt was helpful, answered questions, and after the sale answered more phobic questions about setting up the thermostats.(I don't do well with some unfamilar technologies! LOL).
I'm not saying that all these people haven't had BAD experiances, but I had to weigh in on Matt's side since I've had THREE seperate GOOD experiances with him.

Sorry to hear so many have had problems with Matt. From my own personal experience with him, I have never had any problems whenever I have ordered from him and communication has always been good.
