At adult size he could take an adult mouse or a rat pup.

Thank you guys, I have no camera at the moment (its lens got stuck so its away being fixed) so I can't take any pics. I must admit I am really tempted to swap it for another species altogether. My daughter's used to handling my BP and boa and she actually wanted another BP - maybe if it's a male we'll get that one. Other alternative is a male hognose (quite a large one for a male so would suit my female).


He's going to get another chance this week - I am upping his feed, leave him for 48 hours then see how he does. He just seems temperamental, when he was handled on a few separate times in the shop he was fine :(
