Haven't met a cheese I didn't like lol. I love a cheese so sharp it grabs you back in your throat and screams..."I'M CHEESE!" or a brie so smooth it's like butter. At Mike's work they serve a deep fried brie with an amazing wild berry compote and lovely toasted chunks of bread...to die for folks!

I absolutely love California Style Cottage Cheese. I also love Laughing Cow. For hard cheeses I like super extra sharp Monteray Jack and EDAM. My daughter loves Smoked Chedder, my wife loves swiss. My son is not into cheese.

We have a family joke about cheese. My oldest daughter is 19, she's the oldest of 4 kids. She grew up always complaining about there never being enough cheese in the house and her siblings always ate it all up (those four could eat a 1 lb block of cheddar in an evening without even breaking a sweat!). Now that she's an independent adult I always tuck a block of sharp cheddar into her birthday or christmas gift package so she can finally have her own darned block of cheese all for herself LOL.

colby-jack :D also walmart has a really good smokey bacon cheddar cheeseball. They used to have a really good garden vegetable one too, but ours quit carrying it a while back.
