Squid is cool.. it doesn't really taste like a whole lot, but it feels weird. LOL ..same with octopus.
Only one I don't like is mackerel because they pickle it or something (not sure what they do to it but it's pretty nasty)

i had pickled herring eggs the other day... OMGoddess, it was heavenly!!!
i was sooooooo full last night and then my hubby came home and tried my sushi and loved it (thank you, thank you very much) and so, of course, i had to have a couple more pieces... well i thought i was going to explode :eek:
dinner is between 4-8 matt... and joe... anyone and i mean anyone who arrives at my house with cookies is immediately given entrance... (cookies stolen and then kicked out again) :rofl:
i love the specialty rolls... with the sauces and fish or avacodo laying over the top of the roll... with all the nice garnishings... they are soooo yummy.
i can't believe this... it's 9:30 here and i'm already wanting to eat my leftovers from the fridge... :chew: mmmm yummmyyy susssshhhhiiii (sorry typing with my mouth full)

Yum.. tempura.. yeah. Ever had salmon roe? It's pretty yummy.. and they feel weird when they break open in your mouth. lol

I'm the same way. I can't handle hot stuff but I can eat wasabi like crazy. It's more strong then hot.
