    Good old Mr. Fix-It (http://www.misterfix-it.com/) has the answer LOL and he says vinegar or some other acid based cleaner but my money would be on soaking your nipples in vinegar as it's probably the safest option and will rinse completely clean. You might want to get a baby bottle cleaning kit. They come with a larger brush and a special small brush just for cleaning nipples (that would be bottle not mothers). :)
