Black pastel is essentially a cinny that is darker(blacker back) and less orange. They are both Co-dom with the Super Cinny being an all black or brown patterenless snake. I saw a ringer super cinny in Daytona, unbelievable, an all black snake with a white ring rapped around near the tail. So yes a black pastel is a cinny that looks different and is from another line but can produce supers with cinny's or black pastel. Yes it's a little confusing with all the names.
