    Wow; most escapee herps in this area would be ice-cubes before November was over, lol. It is sad that morons will let their animals go like that though.. I feel bad for all of the native wildlife that has to compete.

    I sort of assumed that with our frigid winters and our 6 1/2 native reptile species (the Leatherback turtle is the 1/2 as it visits UK waters) most introduced herps would soon perish but it looks like a few lizards, some of the hardier terrapins and even a snake species have apparently succeded in colonising the UK.

    No burms though!
