Today she said they will send my package back free of charge when their done and I will get the results by email. There is a place to check on your application for all that stuff. They said I should be verified by Friday get the waiver faxed to me on friday and faxed back and I should be good to go by tuesday.

The standard shipping companys do not allow venomous shipments and as far as I know Delta Dash is the only company that allows it.

delta is the only way i have shipped any reptile. trust me i do not need any felony. lol

edited to add: i have delt with alot of not so bright sellers who were more than willing to ship fed ex/ups on venomous and advertize it. and no i have not done buisness with them due to that fact.

and another thing I was also told by the animal desk person, packaging person, and my area rep that the box doesn't need to be labeled with the contents, they all said I should at least use a red marker and write perishable and put arrows pointing up around the box. What has everyone else been told?

It is a FEDERAL requirement to label the box with the common and latin name. It must appear somewhere on the box.

You can get your package back if you request it back....and they will ship it back on their account. Fedex is great for providing such a wonderful free service.....because you know they could charge if they wanted to ;)

Just writting "parishable" on it seems odd, I imagine the guy/gal in the truck going "Hmmm parishable?? Maybe its a cake..." and then getting the shock of his/her life when he opens it. :)
