I went through probably 3/4 of a gallon on 4 snakes, a few years ago only because it wasn't getting rid of all of them so i had to keep re-applying, i also would spray down the tank with the stuff when i did the daily treatment and cleaning. I was not pleased with the results!!! I finally beat the little blood suckers (had to flea bomb the room, and quarentine the snakes).

I have heard nothing but good things from PAM

PAM is great. Reptile Relief is good, but only temporarily. If someone is getting PAM shipped, then in the meantime RR provides a lot of relief from the bloodsuckers.

I thought the RR was doing great, to see how fast it killed anything on the snake, but i couldn't beat em, it must have been the eggs, and any living in the cage.

One of the things I did when I had a mite outbreak about a year ago, was I also sprayed the floor. I've got hardwood floors and as an extra precaution, I treated the floor between a section of cages. (Snakes in both areas had mites). I vacummed the areas in question every day for a week, as well, I think.

I treated the cages, and the floor once with the Provent a Mite. The problem has not repeated itself since.
