    i havent heard the name tangerine creamsicle before. If the white is mainly just borders, then id say its an okeetee, but it looks to be more of a pail background color too, which makes me think it may be a frosted, or maybe (again assuming im right about the amel vs. sunglow aspect) that it is from a regular amel and not a sun, which i would think would cause more of a white background rather than the orange backgound. But still yet, im just speculating about the amel/sun part. Ill try to look into that more tomorrow.
