    Yeah, they eat a lot of rice noodles and egg noodles. One thing I think is funny is that they only use chopsticks to eat soup (noodle soup), and all rice dishes are eaten with a spoon and fork (spoon right hand, fork left hand) or your hands (sticky rice). Are the noodle you like the really skinny angel-hair-like ones? Mmmm... I'm getting hungry :D.

    Yeah, that's them! I just got some today; it is a trip. the store orders about 12 of them, and we go in and buy all of them on the shelf; not expeisnve, much better than ramen noodles.. mmm!
    They aren't "round" like angel hair though, more flat.
