Whats your set up and temps ?? The biting is normal and they hide alot, just make sure nothings wrong thats making him regurge...how many days do you wait to hold im after heas eaten?

Oh Man I can't wait. I'm getting tired of buying my frozen feeders from Petco. And just might have to bring home a new friend. But What? Hmmmm.

I always forget about them. I live down in Lake Jackson so the only thing around is Petco.

We gotta petsmart..and a reptile astore that only sells live....

At last check, it was 74/82. Someone suggested bumping up the heat a little, though, to get more range. Anyway, I swear he didn't move for days...always in the same spot in the same hide. He finally got up tonight, so I'm so happy!

He's only had one meal with me--two attempts. The first time, he wasn't interested (I assume because he was too freaked out). The second time, I admittedly "pushed" him into eating, and he ate, and like 24 hours later, it reappeared. *shrugs* So since I've had him, he's not eaten successfully. But then it's been like 2 weeks--not even 2 weeks. The plan is to try him on a pinkie head this weekend.

DONT HANDLE HIM it could lead to bad things (ie.not eating)!!!! The heat should be bettween 74-85 deggress NO HIGHER It could kill him. make sure he has clean water.2 weeks is to short to have had him for you to be handling him and for him to eat for you steadily....

He needs to be not touched/hamndled till he eats, then a you could handl him 3 days after he has eaten but only for 5-10 mins. Hope it helps.

LOL! I'm all about a good meal!!! I'm meeting Rapture there and several peeps are going w/ me! GOOD TIMES! :sweeet: I warned them that I will NOT be good company that day... I'm ALREADY ADHD just thinkin about the show!!!:P
