In the past I have ordered from Rodent Pro, Big Cheese, American Rodent and now Micedirect. While Rodent Pro always has great prices, the have no consistency in size of rodents and more importantly quality. I have gotten some that look great and then full bags caked in bedding/urine/feces. Additionally, they only ship one day per week so if you miss that day you are out of luck. I like to be able to order any time and have my shipment within a couple of days. If you order Friday-Sunday you won't get your order until a week from Tuesday. American Rodent has good pricing and the rodents have been top notch. I have had no complaints with them. Big Cheese is far and away the best vendor I have dealt with. They are a little more expensive but the quality of their rodents is amazing. Always perfectly clean and free of debris and laid out nicely (I don't remember if they use styro trays but I believe they do). I hope this was helpful for anyone looking for a supplier of frozen rodents. While I am starting a small breeding project, I will always need to supplement it with frozen rodents.

I placed an order and delivery time is longer than when I order thru Rodent Pro.
I really hope I didn't just waste a couple hundred dollars on feeders because they say it will be 4 days in transit.:mad:

I am not sure why it isnt shipping until next week or why they have it at 4 days delivery but I would guess they know what they are doing. I would bet they make it there frozen solid and if they don't, you'll have a valid complaint.

Well it got shipped today. Not yesterday like they said.

It was scheduled to go out yesterday and arrive Thursday. Now that it has been delayed a day, I can only hope it arrive Friday because if it doesn't, it will end up sitting over the weekend before they deliver on Monday.

They are not impressing me.

A long time to fill and ship the order and then a long time in transit.

I have nothing but good things to say about Mice-Direct (Biggers & Calaham).

I admit the prcessing of the order was a little slow, but they got here in 3 days, (had a delay) and they were still ice cold, frozen solid.

Ive heard bad about Rodent Pro(orderes coming already thawed and such.)

I think they have great prices and will be making another order from them in a few days.

I just received my order. Everything was still frozen solid which was great but the rat pups and fuzzies are a lot smaller than I am used to. They look fine though and these pigs will end up eating 2 at a time to make up for the size so that part of my order is OK.

The adult mice on the other hand did not make me happy. I am used to seeing bright white, clean adult mice.
These have crap stuck to them and a lot are are dirty looking. They look as if they have pee on the fur (some have a yellow tint and others have a greyish tint). Some are nice looking but the majority are not what I would buy if I saw them in person. Not at all what I want to be feeding normal BP's much less morphs.

I don't know about the rest of the MD customers but this is the last order they will get from me. I have never gotten dirty feeders from RP. This may be a fluke but the long processing time, the long transit time, and the condition of the adult mice turned me off from their company.

These are filthy mice and when the bag is opened, they STINK.

I have never gotten anything like this from RP and am not happey at all about getting this from MD.
