    just as a tip, when I had to deal with a mite infestation, I also sprayed sections of the floor (it's hardwood) with the provent a mite. The PAM took care of the problem, but with spraying the floor (and vacuuming afterward) I felt that I'd been better able to get the ones that might have migrated to the furniture in the room. (or at least stop them from crossing back to the snakes).
