Can U squeeze a handful and get water drips??? If so, VERY MUCH TOO wet!

I use the Eco Earth mixed into the aspen at about 50/50 (sometimes 40 eco/60 aspen, depending on the cage) and don't have any problems with it. I have both tubs and glass aquariums with screen lids and my humidity values are all 49-52%.

I'd discard the 'shroom bedding, sanitize and disinfect the tank and start over but sqeeze it pretty dry before using it.

These are not mushrooms - they are toadstools - a fungus. Many types of fungus are poisonous. These send out microscopic spores when they burst or are disturbed and could spread elsewhere in your house, particularly where the atmosphere is damper (say in the bathroom). It is caused by the substrate being far too damp. I use paper towel in all my vivs, or you can use newspaper. I prefer white paper towel and it's easy to keep clean and change.

The only way to get rid of fungus is to thoroughly disinfect with bleach using a 2/3rds bleach to 1/3rd water solution and rinsing thoroughly and even then there is no guarantee it will not come back. What you do is spray the solution on. Do not rub at it as this will spread the fungus and leave the bleach solution to kill the fungus first. If you have black mould in the bathroom (another fungus) use the same technique. Spray and leave and you will see the fungus disappear. Wiping or rubbing at it only spreads the spores.

As regards your snake, you need to keep a close check on your humidity levels which sounds like it's been way too high. My BP's humidity is around 50-55% when they're not in shed and I boost the humidity level to about 65% using a fine spray bottle when they are in shed, letting the humidity drop back to normal as soon as they've shed. Both have perfect sheds every time. Too high a humidity and you run the risk of your snake getting scale-rot.

Oh boy! Time for a change!!!
Actually I had the same problem with the stuff you are using when I use to have a frog that was housed with that stuff.
