what kind of things do you have near the enclosure? how much time passed between her escaping and you discovering the fact?

his tank is on my dresser with nothing but a few picture frames and buddha statues. im assuming he fell off the dresser which is a good 3 foot drop. around the dresser is another dresser, a garbage pail. my room also has a bed, tv and movie stand, a closet and a recliner. all have been searched.

Any dark spot is a good spot, I've found a small corn snake behind a picture hanging on the wall 6ft off the ground! So the message is the most unlikey places are you best places to look!

I searched a whole apartment once for a six ft boa.... found it the next day 2ft away from where it got out in between racks. It was under a 4 inch high gap between two racks that were stacked on top of each other. I forgot about that gap!

Is there a gap under the enclosure?

Well, if you have any walmart bags or crinkly similar bags.... lay them around the room. I have done that and been woken up by a snake loose crossing over a bag.... it makes a lot of noise.... might be worth trying.

Try laying in there with the light off.... listen. When that light is off for a while and all seems safe to come out.... you may hear him!
