I agree, but then again, as a buyer who has dealt with him and considering this is a public thread in the inquiry forum, perhaps he does have the right to speculate based upon his experience with the seller.
Just playing the devil's advocate a little....

I believe in an Inquirey thread, people have every right to come on and give an honest testimony about their experience with the business. Speculating about why a transaction did or did not occur leads to nothing but hard feelings and flames and does nothing to help others make an informed choice about whether or not to do business with the one in question.

Yup I have been behind for quite sometime, usually about 2 weeks. I am not dropshiping anything(did during Christmas, no way I could get them all out in time). As of Saturday I have hired a shipping clerk(Shane) to make sure everything is on time every time. I will still be doing all the custom wiring and thermostat wiring as I only trust me to do that. I apologize if you have experienced a delay any time as I myself do not like to wait at all(not even a day). Whoever it was that said it is a one man show is correct, I was trying to do everything myself and honestly it worked for about a year but MG Reptiles has grown so quickly that it is IMPOSSIBLE to do it alone. I tried buying software to help, but only helped, didnt solve the problem. If you would like to contact me if you have had a slow delivery and would like 10% off and free shipping on your next order pelase do so, I can assure you it will be out the same day or the day after it is placed. I know I should have had someone in here sooner to help fill orders but I guess I was just plain stubborn. I do appreicate everyone giving their opinoins(as long as their mature).. I am always open to suggestions as to how to make MGR better!
For MR Python: Your order was sent in a timley fashion, it was delivered and you filed a paypal complaint saying you didnt receive it so you could get a refund. I did indeed send you a BLUNT email letting you know what I thought of scammers and your mom replied to me asking me to please not tell anyone about what you did as you are only a child. Email me if you would like more info.

Matt that is not at all what happened. I never sent a single e-mail, it all went through my dad as he was the one who paid for it, since i dont have a credit card. Everyone, that post he just made is a pure lie. I never sent an email to him, nor did my mom, it was all my dad. I waited over a month for my product. At first my dad was patient, but when it got to the point where you had the money, and we had no products, he questioned you about it. You said you had already sent the order and that the mail service must of lost it. Then you sent another package , yet i was missing the flexwatt and a thermometer still. It took another 2 weeks to get that after more emails from my father. If you would like to talk to my dad about this we can arrange it. He'd be more than happy to talk to you.

i actually did look at the tracking and it did say it got to our house but we NEVER received it. we told you it could have been stolen off our front porch (we live next to some pretty bad low lifes) and we went to paypal. NOT YOU. we never even contacted you about our flexwatt not getting to us. paypal must have contacted you and thats why you sent that "blunt" email. also, my mom never said "please dont tell anyone about what i did". she told you not to do it because it wasnt true. i just looked at the email.

Because it doesn't help matters. All it would do is muddy the waters even more and invite flames from both sides. Matt is not on trial here and this isn't a courtroom. A conflict between him and a customer should be kept between them. Someone accused Matt of something...Matt came on here and said it didn't happen that way....end of discussion. The two of them arguing about it here will not prove to any of us what really happened.
