Now, more importantly ... Sam ... if it wasn't for the tube sock, I'd be a lonely boy. ;) :tongue2:

Hey Adam - does "back in the day" count if it was 2005?
In my infinte wisdom I bought an African House snake at FIRE in florida and had the breeder tell me to do the tube sock trick. So I did.
The morning before I left to fly home I checked the airline website for the rules on pets, my particular airline has a NO ANIMALS EVER policy. So unless I could convince them it was a seeing-eye-snake I was taking a risk.
Needless to say I was a very NERVOUS boy. A little research after the fact reveals that breaking an airline's rules like that can turn into a felony if you're not lucky.
I was a dumb, dumb, stooooopid boy that day.
But the little house snake rocks!

Ya got bigger stones than I! .... These days if you get busted, it would probably be considered a terrorist act and you're be screwed. I'd much rather pay the $35 to FedEx than get a one way ticket to a kufee and a rubber hose in a cell in Cuba. :D :carrot:
