Personally, I don't see what the big deal is. If you go waste your time just to make a post equally as stupid to a thread than aren't you just making an *** of yourself? I mean come on it's obviously a typo, and for all you know the person wanted to type water dish but under the stress of the new pet and them being naaive about what to expect, they just wrote dishwasher cuz they were thinking about the dishes that need to be done. I say who cares as long as they really didn't put the snake in the dishwasher.

Lars! You made me laugh so hard I inhaled my morning coffee up my nose! LOL
Well for heaven's sakes there's a totally common sense, easy answer to this whole silly BP pooping in the dishwasher issue. I simply sat my various snakes down and explained to them that when they do the dishes they must not defecate in the machine. Rauri of course also needed a refresher on "one must not attempt to vacuum up the milksnake when one is doing the livingroom carpet" but I think he has it now.

Actually Salty, this person has written very knowledgable posts before. I beginning to think that she did it just to stir some things up - there have been complaints there about some of the stupid things that people ask.
It's really obviously mostly teenagers that post there, all inexperienced keepers all giving each other bad advice. There are a few of us there that try to be the voice of reason and step in when they give really horrible advice. (Like advising someone to force feed their snake that's fasted a month and how they've done it)

No one said they were going to make any stupid posts on the site.My self i just want to see who else is giving crazy advice or making mistakes like this person.I also like to look at as many reptile site as possible as i sometimes get bored reading the same sites over and over:psychotic .

You are very correct! My sincerest apologies! I forget that some of you guys here are teenagers - but of course, BP.net has the BEST of the BEST - this other one - I dunno what to say except that I scratch my head almost every day. And the internet chat typing they do in most posts gives me headaches and I'm not up to date on "chat speak"! LOL
It was insensitive of me to make a broad generalization (I know you were just kidding) - but indeed, it deserves an apology. Can I beg off that it was really, really early in the morning and I had not had my coffee yet?
