Any stubborn shed or even retained eyecaps can be removed using a wet / very damp , rough textured bath towel .

You simply apply very gently pressure to the targeted areas .
It does actually work extremely well
and is guaranteed to work .. after a 25 minute soak in appropriately temperature water but soaking isn’t as commonly used over in the states .
