It's the little green square below your avatar. You can add/subtract from other user's reputation by clicking the scales icon below their avatar.

You don't click on the square.. it's just there to tell you what your reputation is. Click on your own scale icon to see how many points you have. Click on others' scale to add/take away points.

You can see comments that people leave you with rep points by clicking on 'user cp' along the top of the page. The comments are at the bottom of that page.
