    Looking good.

Are you sure it was a rat pup? They are usually 20-30G.

At 87G, he should be on small fuzzies (12G max I'd say) or smaller. I would be feeding hopper mice, then rat fuzzies, then pups, etc.

Smaller meals weekly at that size.

Although not nearly as common as with BCC, BI's can get regurgitation syndrome. Additionally, if temps are off even slightly, he might not be able to digest properly.

Hopefully he digests it okay, but a) I wouldn't feed for two weeks, and b) 8-12G prey is what I'd recommend from a weight perspective. You should not feed anything that leaves a big bump or that is visible more than 24 hours later with Boas.

Not trying to be difficult, but rather, trying to help you with him. I know in Behira's thread you said you didn't want to power feed, so I know you mean well. I just want to make sure he gets on track quickly.

Sorry I used the wrong terminology. It's the mouse version of a rat pup. I was just so excited that he ate. So it would be a fuzzy I believe.

Thanks for all of the information. Yea I dont want to power feed him at all. I was doing some reading on the difference between slow grow and power feeding, and a fatty liver. From what I've read usually snakes that are powered die early. Is this true?
