    I thought that as well, but dont these types of snake dehydrate quickly? Being that he is still small maybe he didnt make it and died of dehydration??? There are just to many different scenarios that could have occured... :confusd:

    These are native to deserts of the southwest...they know what dry is. Also, if he was dead someplace, your nose would tell you (unless he got into a wall somehow).
