I've been watching the progress on YouTube and it's exciting to see it all coming together. I'd love to go check it out if I ever was up in that direction. I wish there was more stuff like this around... pet shops are always so crap when it comes to reptiles, and zoos aren't super hands-on typically. Plus it's cool that he's showing off some of the "designer" animals because that can definitely catch a lot of peoples attention who normally wouldn't be into reptiles (I brought the Smithsonian's "SNAKE" book to a camp for 5 year olds one times, and they all thought snakes were gross until they saw the pretty pink corn snake...).

let's go together! Sunnie and me will roadtrip from Seattle, stop by Chicago to pickup Taylor and we will swing by Vegas, win a million dollars and then speedoff to Michigan and the Barczyk reptile zoo!

Man, I'd love to go if I can scrounge up the money to get over there. Maybe if I get a big enough tax refund next year.

I've been watching his blog series on it. He and many others have put a lot of hard work in to that place. I hope it is successful.

Incidentally havr you ever seen an actual zoo's reptile area? I have been to Atlanta Zoo and Montgomery zoo and both are trash compared to what Brian has done.
