OMG it's Friday the 13th! yay!

So far (knock knock) I don't recall having a bad "Friday the 13th"...in fact they've been rather good overall. Does this mean I'm in cahoots with the dark side? :O

gah! so far today...

-- i woke up to my talented but underachieving FootBallPythons.net QB only scoring 11.32 points. :mad:
-- i booked non-refundable hotel for my boss only for her to cancel her trip 1hour later. :mad:
-- my fun meeting that i as looking forward to got re-scheduled to Monday. :mad:

what misfortune is next?

I've had a great day so far...I've been prepping my yard (trimming "the jungle" of trees & shrubs) for the last couple weeks, for the tree trimmers that came today.

I had a mountain of branches for them to chip up along with the various trees they removed. Note, I love trees...but these were all fast-growing "volunteers" that
were in wrong places...my property is full of huge trees & some newer "volunteers" that I've kept- I'm delighted with the result. Kept my shady yard but the chaos
is gone! Then just for fun I mowed the lawn...OK, so NOT fun. :cool: But it looks good. Maybe now I can get into some trouble...?

well this day just got alot worse now that Eddie Money has died.

BTW, this also netted me a bunch of clean new branches, aka "snake furniture". :D That's why I had to do some pre-trimming, no time to save branches once
these guys got to work.

My day has been fine so far, if anything I cleaned the whole house today and fed all my hatchlings (32 noodles) and cleaned all the adult and sub adult tubs lol that's a good day for me

I have a lot of energy today which I have really been lacking this week more than usual. I'm pagan btw so today is good for me, lots of positive vibes. Must be that full moon that's supposed to be there tonight [emoji6]

My husband on the other hand, couldn't get his check today along with all the other employees, the checks got screwed up and the boss has to reimburse them on monday. So he didn't have a good day unfortunately

As an added kicker, it's not only Friday the 13th, but tonight is a full moon. That should make tonight especially exciting. A full moon on a Friday the 13th won't happen again until 2049, so take advantage of it.

Oh, that's awful, I hadn't heard yet. :( But not the broccoli, that's good stuff. :D (He probably didn't eat enough broccoli...?)

I caught a cold today, well it was starting yesterday but today it really sucks. :(

Sorry to hear your day has been kind of crappy :( I’ve had a pretty good day today. I finally got my Rosy Boa in the mail so now I have a snake again after 6 years without one. I picked my snake up and my mice, swam in the little baby pool with my son and then took him to the park. Friday the 13th is my favorite horror franchise so tonight I’m going to wear my Friday the 13th shirt, smoke a cigar, drink some beer and watch either Friday the 13th or Pet Semetary.
