    The parasites they get are from eating prey that have parasites.. As far as mites they dont get wood mites or any other mite except snake mites so i would have to touch, carry another infested snakes mites home or transfer them on something from a pet store etc..

    How often do they use the perches? Do they fall off them? I'm moving my bp into a larger enclosure but I'm not sure if i like the idea of her falling off them so much lol.

    No they dont fall.. They wrap their tail around it so every once and a while they will let themselves down but their tail will drop after 60% of them is already on the substrate and i hear "slap" lol. They climb every night unless they just ate, or the 2.5 weeks during shed. Their out climbing now.
